1. 🚤 How many people fit on the boats?
- Our 25 ft boats hold 10–14 passengers.
- Our 33 ft boat holds up to 26 passengers.
We keep groups comfortable while allowing everyone plenty of space.
2. 🥤 What’s included?
- Snorkeling gear (mask, fins, life jackets)
- Boat ladder for easy water entry
- Drinks: bottled water, sodas, and beer (21+)
- English-speaking local guides
- Taxes & fees included
(Some tours also include appetizers or meals 🍴)
3. 📍 Where do tours start?
We have 3 convenient meeting points:
- Oxxo San Javier (near the cruise terminal)
- Zona Romántica gas station
- Mismaloya Beach Office (our main departure point)

4. 🏝️ What places will we visit?
It depends on the tour you book. Options include:
- Los Arcos Marine Geological Sanctuary
- Hidden beaches with cliff jumping
- Southern coast villages: Las Ánimas, Yelapa, Quimixto, Majahuitas
- Jungle adventures like the Quimixto Waterfall
5. 🐢 What wildlife might we see?
Depending on the season and location, you may possibly see:
- Colorful tropical fish 🐠, sea turtles 🐢, and manta rays
- Dolphins 🐬 and humpback whales 🐋 (Dec–Mar)
- Exotic seabirds like pelicans, frigates, and blue-footed boobies 🦩
- Bioluminescent plankton ✨ glowing at night (on sunset & night tours)
6. ✅ Are the tours safe?
Yes! All tours are rated easy difficulty. We provide life jackets, quality gear, and our captains are highly experienced and first-aid trained.
7. 👨👩👧 Can beginners or kids join?
Absolutely. Tours are beginner-friendly and great for families. Non-swimmers can still enjoy sightseeing, wildlife viewing, and relaxing on the boat.
8. 🔒 Do you offer private tours?
Yes. Any tour can be booked as private and customized to your group’s needs — from hidden beaches to whale watching.
9. 🎒 What should I bring?
We recommend: swimwear, towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, comfortable shoes (for hiking tours), and extra cash for meals or tips.
10. 🌦️ What if the weather is bad?
If the ocean is too rough or unsafe, we will reschedule or refund your tour. Light tropical rain usually doesn’t cancel the adventure.
